Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms describe your use of TimeToGoTabs, a Chrome extension published by Milich LLC. By using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the extension.
1. What the extension does
TimeToGoTabs automatically closes eligible web tabs after your selected inactivity period of 1–30 days and saves their titles and URLs locally so you can reopen them. The default period is 7 days. Automatic cleanup remains off until you accept the data disclosure. Cleanup runs periodically while Chrome is running; exact timing depends on Chrome and your device.
2. Your settings and saved work
You control the inactivity period and can pause automatic cleanup in settings. Active, pinned, and audio-playing tabs are protected. Pin tabs containing work you need to keep, and save important information separately before relying on automatic cleanup.
The archive stores links, not copies of websites. Reopening a link does not restore unsaved forms, page content, scroll position, or browsing history. Websites may change or become unavailable. The extension is not a backup service.
3. Local data and privacy
The extension encrypts archived titles, URLs, and timestamps with AES-GCM and stores them in your local Chrome profile. The encryption key is stored in that same profile; this is not password-based protection against someone who controls your device. Preferences are also stored locally. It does not send this information to Milich LLC or an analytics service, and it does not sync the archive to an account. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to access the saved records.
Uninstalling the extension removes its local data. Deleting the browser profile or losing access to the device can also remove access to saved records. When you reopen a link, your browser connects to that website under its own terms and privacy practices.
You may delete individual records or all saved records in the extension. You can withdraw consent to stop tab inspection and cleanup. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Permitted use
Milich LLC permits you to use the extension for its intended tab-management purpose in accordance with applicable law. Do not use it to violate another person's rights or interfere with systems you are not authorized to access.
5. Availability and limitations
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Milich LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Chrome updates, device conditions, and website behavior may affect operation.
6. Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Milich LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the extension, including loss of unsaved work or saved links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Updates and stopping use
Milich LLC may update the extension and these terms. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. You can stop using the extension at any time. Before uninstalling, separately save any links you want to keep.
